Udenu krkovicku uvarime.<\/p>\n<p>Pripravime si plnku : Uvarenu a vychladnutu udenu krkovicku pomelieme v robote na jemno. Pridame k nej zltky, smotanu a dobre miesame dovtedy, kym sa nam masa nespoji. Z bielkov , stipky soli vyslahame tuhy sneh a zapracujeme ho do plnky. Pokial mate male vajcia, tak pridajte viac smotany. Zmes musi byt naozaj hladka a kompaktna. Dame ju zovriet. Do vriacej vody ponorime naplnenu sliepku. Voda musi naozaj vriet. Sliepka by mala byt uplne ponorena, ak treba tak si nechajte este nejaku vodu zovriet v konvici a dolejte kolko treba. Po nejakych 10 minutach, hrniec dame na stiseny plamen pod pokrievku a nechame pomaly bublat cca 3 hodiny. Resp. dovtedy pokial nebude sliepka uvarena. Sliepku opatrne vytiahneme a nechame dokonale vychladnut. Preto polievku varievam den pred podavanim<\/p>\n<p>Zeleninu ocistim a nakrajam na male kusky. Cibulu len prekrojim. Urcite nevynechajte cervenu kapiovu papriku a paradajku. Paprika da polievke vynikajucu chut a niekde som citala, ze paradajka je prirodny zvyraznovac chuti&#8230;..taky prirodny glutaman. Neviem co je na tom pravdy, ale riadim sa tym. Vlozim zeleninu do vyvaru a varim asi polhodinu. Ked je vsetko makke, polievku precedime. Ocistene zampiony naplatkujeme a nechame cisty vyvar s nimi prevriet na jeden dva kochle. Ak budete v mojej polievke hladat tie zampiky, tak marne&#8230;&#8230;usmievaju sa na mna z chladnicky. Zajtra na obed ich tam nakrajam&#8230;zabudla som dnes.<\/p>\n<p>Urobime si celestinske rezance : Mlieko, vajce, muku a kypriaci prasok do peciva spolu so solou dobre vyslahame na hladku hmotu. Panvicu stetcom potrieme olejom a pecieme palacinky. Petrzlenovu vnat nasekame nadrobno.
