Ekonomick\u00fd a v\u00fdrobn\u00fd. A oni\u00a0 sa o tom vyjadrovali ako o &#8222;delikatesse&#8220;, ktor\u00fa ten v\u00fdrobn\u00fd,\u00a0 jedol raz v \u017eivote niekde v Prahe . Tak veru. Nazval to &#8222;delikatessa&#8220; a to dvojit\u00e9 ss\u00a0 aj norm\u00e1lne vyslovil.<br \/>Uvedomte si, \u017ee to bolo pred tridsiatimi rokmi. Bolo to obdobie ke\u010f kuracie prsia zape\u010den\u00e9 s brosky\u0148ou a syrom bolo nie\u010do nev\u00eddan\u00e9 a ak neboli buchty na pare naplnen\u00e9 slivkov\u00fdm lekv\u00e1rom, ale komp\u00f3tovan\u00fdm ovoc\u00edm, tak to doslova sp\u00f4sobilo \u0161ialenstvo modernosti.<br \/>Raz som mala na obed hov\u00e4dzie z paradajkovou om\u00e1\u010dkou. Ako som rezala m\u00e4so, tak mi spod vidli\u010dky vyk\u013azlo a na komplet spadlo do lona. Ten filet so sebou zobral aj\u00a0 v\u0161etku paradajkov\u00fa om\u00e1\u010dku. T\u00e1 ma ohodila na komplet,\u00a0 od hrudn\u00edka a\u017e dolu.<br \/>Mala som oble\u010den\u00fa \u017elt\u00fa, ja\u010dav\u00fa bl\u00fazku a bolo hor\u00face leto.<br \/>Takto obliata som odkr\u00e1\u010dala,\u00a0 s hrdo vzt\u00fd\u010denou,\u00a0 hlavou pomedzi v\u0161etk\u00fdch t\u00fdch vy\u0161keren\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed.<br \/>M\u00f4j Dobr\u00fd Brat ke\u010f bol zamestnan\u00fd vo firme so z\u00e1vodnou jed\u00e1l\u0148ou, si ako endemit , or\u00e1\u017eal v\u00fdlu\u010dne \u0161tvorky.<br \/>Ke\u010f bola na obed svie\u010dkov\u00e1 na smotane, on si objednal \u0161al\u00e1t s kl\u00ed\u010dkami. Alebo ke\u010f bol vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00fd reze\u0148 so zemiakovou ka\u0161ou, on si dal zape\u010den\u00fa cviklu.<br \/>Raz, u\u017e si nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m, \u010do si to objednal, ale bol z toho kvanta \u013eud\u00ed , jedin\u00fd. Ke\u010f pri\u0161iel k v\u00fddajn\u00e9mu pultu, tak kuch\u00e1rka kri\u010dala dozadu\u00a0 : &#8222;Pri\u0161la t\u00e1 \u0161tvorka&#8220; !\u00a0 Ako p\u00ed\u0161em endemit.<br \/>A on to nerobil preto, \u017ee nejed\u00e1va m\u00e4so. Naopak, svie\u010dkov\u00fa m\u00e1 napr\u00edklad ve\u013emi r\u00e1d.<br \/>Skr\u00e1tka sa tak rozhodol a hotovo.<br \/>A kone\u010dne som sa prepracovala k tomuto konkr\u00e9tnemu jedlu.<br \/>V\u00f4bec netu\u0161\u00edm, pre\u010do som sa rozp\u00edsala o z\u00e1vodnej jed\u00e1lni, ke\u010f som chcela nap\u00edsa\u0165, \u017ee krkovi\u010dku na tento sp\u00f4sob, m\u00e1 ve\u013emi r\u00e1d m\u00f4j Dobr\u00fd Brat Jo\u017eko.<br \/>Ja som ju takto nikdy nerobila. Ke\u010f som si raz u m\u00e4siara h\u00e1dam pred tridsiatimi rokmi objednala krkovi\u010dku na pe\u010denie, tak som dostala v bal\u00ed\u010dku\u00a0 tak\u00e9to nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 stejky.. Skoro som odpadla a raz som nevedela, \u010do si s t\u00fdm m\u00e1m po\u010da\u0165.<br \/>Pre m\u0148a pe\u010den\u00e1 krkovi\u010dka znamenal ve\u013ek\u00fd kus m\u00e4sa v celku, poriadne pre\u0161pikovan\u00fd cesnakom. Tak ma to mami\u010dka nau\u010dila a inak som ani nerobila.<br \/>U\u017e si nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m, \u010do som vtedy urobila s t\u00fdmi pl\u00e1tmi , ale ur\u010dite som ich nepiekla, lebo som to jednoducho nevedela.<br \/>Posledn\u00e9 tri mesiace sme boli na Slovensku a ka\u017ed\u00fa sobotu sme chodievali hromadne do Seliec, kde sme varili pribli\u017ene pre osem\u00a0 \u013eud\u00ed + nede\u013ea pre rodi\u010dov.<br \/>Bo\u017ee,\u00a0 som sa doprem\u00fd\u0161\u013eala v\u017edy, \u010do idem vari\u0165, aby to nebolo st\u00e1le to ist\u00e9, aby to zjedol ka\u017ed\u00fd a aby ka\u017ed\u00e9mu aj chutilo.<br \/>Na toto mi dala tip Dobr\u00e1 \u0160vagrin\u00e1, \u017ee to robieva jej\u00a0 sestra, ke\u010f pr\u00eddu k nim na n\u00e1v\u0161tevu, preto\u017ee ako som spom\u00ednala m\u00e1 to ve\u013emi r\u00e1d DB.<br \/>Ke\u010f\u017ee som to nevarievala, tak som o tom ani v\u00f4bec nevedela.<br \/>A pritom je to jedlo ve\u013emi pohodov\u00e9 . Nekr\u00e1jajte ich na mal\u00e9, preto\u017ee sa bud\u00fa piec\u0165 spolu s m\u00e4som a to trv\u00e1 aj hodinu a pol. Mal\u00e9 sa V\u00e1m zbyto\u010dne usu\u0161ia, alebo jednoducho prihoria.<br \/>Rezne nauklad\u00e1me tak, \u017ee sa \u010diasto\u010dne bud\u00fa prekr\u00fdva\u0165.<br \/>Na vo\u013en\u00e9 miesto na pek\u00e1\u010di vlo\u017e\u00edme \u0161tvr\u0165ky zemiakov. V na\u0161om bystrickom byte m\u00e1m r\u00faru elektrick\u00fa a na\u010disto som po t\u00fdch troch mesiacoch , zabudla piec\u0165 na tejto mn\u00edchovskej plynovej. Mala som da\u0165 na ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed stupe\u0148, preto\u017ee m\u00e4so sa mi trochu vysu\u0161ilo. Norm\u00e1lne ich varte v osolenej vode tak, aby boli takmer m\u00e4kk\u00e9.
