Maso musi byt poriadne zatiahnute.<br \/>\nMaso prelozime do pekacika a v pekaciku ho zo vsetkych stran osolime, posypeme hrubo drvenym korenim a susenym tymianom.<br \/>\nDo vypeku po opekani vlozime ocistenu a nahrubo posekanu cibulu. Cibulu orestujeme do sklovita&#8230;nemusi byt zlata..len kym omakne.<br \/>\nCibulu posolime a posypeme instantnou kavou a hned zalejeme poharom horucej vody. Ak by ste piekli pre celu rodinu povedzme kilo a pol, tak by som piekla mozno aj vyse tri hodiny.<br \/>\nMaso treba kontrolovat, prelievat vypekom a pripadne dolievat po troche vodou.<br \/>\nKed je maso makke, stavu vlejeme do kastrola a nechame v nom rozpustit lyzicu masla a prilejeme lyzicu konaku. Muku rozmiesame v troche vody a metlickou zaslahame do stavy&#8230;nechame prevriet.
