A toto jedlo bolo v tom bal\u00edku. Mrkvu, cibu\u013eu a cesnak o\u010dist\u00edme a napl\u00e1tkujeme.<br \/>\nV kastr\u00f3le rozohrejeme olej s maslom a popra\u017e\u00edme na \u0148om do sklovita cibu\u013eu, prid\u00e1me cesnak a mrkvu. Posol\u00edme, okoren\u00edme, premie\u0161ame.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me \u010derven\u00fa \u0161o\u0161ovicu, premie\u0161ame, nech\u00e1me zapari\u0165, podlejeme<br \/>\npas\u00edrovan\u00fdmi paradajkami, uvedieme do varu a nakoniec prilejeme hor\u00facu vodu (cca 300 ml).<br \/>\nV\u0161etko nech\u00e1me prevrie\u0165 a dus\u00edme, k\u00fdm nie je \u0161o\u0161ovica m\u00e4kk\u00e1 (mo\u017eno nejak\u00fdch 20 min\u00fat)<br \/>\nR\u00faru rozohrejeme na 200 stup\u0148ov.<br \/>\nHotov\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka m\u00e1 by\u0165 hust\u00e1. Pod\u013ea chuti e\u0161te dosol\u00edme, ak treba , a na \u00fapln\u00fd z\u00e1ver,\u00a0 prid\u00e1me balsamikov\u00fd ocot&#8230;ja som d\u00e1vala asi 3 ly\u017eice. Vychutnavajte pod\u013ea seba.<br \/>\nDo ricotty vmie\u0161ame vychladnut\u00fd v\u00fdvar.<br \/>\nJa som mala doma ostatok mascarpone, tak som ho pou\u017eila miesto ricotty.<br \/>\nNa dno zapekacej misy d\u00e1me \u010das\u0165 bielej om\u00e1\u010dky, polo\u017e\u00edme such\u00e9 lasagne (ak treba tak lasagne si pol\u00e1meme na ve\u013ekos\u0165 pek\u00e1\u010dika).
