A e\u0161te ve\u010der chce aby som mu ju urobila s cukrom a citr\u00f3nom ako dezert\u00edk pred telev\u00edzor.<br>A neust\u00e1le mi omie\u013ea, kedy ju urob\u00edm na masle.<br>Neverili by ste, ale mrkva dusen\u00e1 na masle, je moja Bitka na Bielej Hore.<br>Ak by som si mala vybra\u0165 medzi uvaren\u00edm hov\u00e4dzieho Wellington, konfitovan\u00fdmi ka\u010dac\u00edmi stehnami a upe\u010den\u00edm trojposchodovej torty, kde by ka\u017ed\u00e9 poschodie bolo in\u00e9 a uvaren\u00edm dusenej mrkvy na masle, tak by som ve\u013emi ve\u013emi prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eala.<br>Ke\u010f ju odo m\u0148a DM driape, tak mu poviem, aby po\u010dkal k\u00fdm p\u00f4jdeme do Jihlavy, nech mu ju uvar\u00ed mami\u010dka, \u017ee ja sa na toto nec\u00edtim. Nie som s \u0148ou vysporiadan\u00e1, ale nau\u010dila som sa s \u0148ou \u017ei\u0165.<br>Ako sme boli bez chuti a \u010duchu a ni\u010d sme nevl\u00e1dali po\u010das covidovej n\u00e1kazy, mrkva sa u n\u00e1s dos\u0165 nahromadila.<br>Tento recept mi dnes pon\u00fakol pinterest a zdalo sa mi to ako vhodn\u00e1 n\u00e1hrada miesto uhorkov\u00e9ho \u0161al\u00e1tu k vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00e9mu karfiolu.<br>A tak som ho aj veru zvrtla.<br>Bolo ohromne smie\u0161ne sledova\u0165 DM, ako k nemu pristupoval.<br>Dal si pln\u00fa ly\u017eicu do \u00fast a za\u010dal pre\u017e\u00fava\u0165.<br>&#8222;To je \u010do za \u0161al\u00e1t. A kde je pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fd cukor. Ve\u010f tam c\u00edti\u0165 cesnak. Trv\u00e1 to kr\u00e1tko.<br \/>Akon\u00e1hle za\u010dne zlatn\u00fa\u0165 vypnite, e\u0161te dvakr\u00e1t premie\u0161ajte a hne\u010f kokos z kastr\u00f3lika vysypte a odlo\u017ete ho bokom.<br \/>Do kastr\u00f3lika vy\u017em\u00fdkame pomaran\u010d a vsypeme do \u0161\u0165avy hrozienka.<br \/>Nech\u00e1me \u0161\u0165avu privies\u0165 k varu a po pol min\u00fatke vypneme.<br \/>Hrozienka nech\u00e1me v \u0161\u0165ave a odlo\u017e\u00edme bokom aby \u0161\u0165ava vychladla.<br \/>Do malej misky d\u00e1me ly\u017ei\u010dku harissy, prelisujeme cesnak, prid\u00e1me \u0161tipku soli a drven\u00e9 korenie a tymian.<br \/>\u010ealej prid\u00e1me pomaran\u010dov\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu.<br \/>Za st\u00e1leho mie\u0161ania prid\u00e1vame olej, tak aby sa v\u0161etko spojilo, do hladk\u00e9ho , \u0161al\u00e1tov\u00e9ho dresingu.<br \/>Mrkvu o\u010dist\u00edme a nakr\u00e1jame na tenu\u010dk\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky.\u00a0 Ja nem\u00e1m na to n\u00e1stroj, tak rob\u00edm tieto pl\u00e1tky pomocou \u0161krabky na zemiaky.\u00a0<br \/>D\u00e1me ich do misy, prid\u00e1me napu\u010dan\u00e9 hrozienka, ope\u010den\u00fd str\u00fahan\u00fd kokos a nadrven\u00e9 orechy.<br \/>Prid\u00e1me dresing a premie\u0161ame.
