Na zahrade som si vsimla stromy doslova obsypane hruskami, nizke mlade stromy museli mat konare podoprene, aby sa nezlomili pod ich tarchou. Stare stromy dovysoka ukazovali, ze tento rok si zasluzia pochvalu. V povodnom recepte rozvarali cerstve brusnice)<br \/>\nUvarime si makovu napln :<\/p>\n<p>Do hrnca dame mlieko, maslo, cukor hnedy a vanilinovy. Mlieko privedieme do varu a primiesame do neho najprv mak a potom hladku muku. Plamen stisime a miesame cca 5 minut.<br \/>\nOdstavime, podla chuti pridame rum a nechame vychladnut.<\/p>\n<p>Na dosku preosejeme muku, praskovy cukor. Do muky nakrajame na kusky studene maslo, pridame vajce, citronovu koru a stipku soli.<br \/>\nSuroviny co najskor spracujeme do makkeho cesta, ktore zabalime do potravinovej folie a odlozime na minimalne 30 minut do chladnicky.<br \/>\nFormu na kolac vymazeme maslom a vysypeme kokosom (moze sa aj mukou).<br \/>\nRuru zapneme na 180 stupnov.<br \/>\nStudene cesto rozvalkame do kruhu cca priemer 27 cm a pomocou valceka na cesto ho prenesieme do kolacovej formy.<br \/>\nAk sa vam cesto pretrhne, tak to nevadi&#8230;kludne ho preneste po castiach a uz priamo vo forme ho prstami zapracujte dokopy.<br \/>\nNa cesto polozime harok papiera na pecenie a vysypeme nan necele pol kilo suchej strukoviny (ja som mala sosovicu).<br \/>\nTakto zatazene cesto v kolacovej forme dame do rury a predpekame ho cca 10 az 15 minut.<br \/>\nPredpeceny kolac vytiahneme, strukovinu s papierom odstranime a nechame vychladnut.<br \/>\nDo uvareneho maku vklepneme 3 suroveho zltka, vymiesame.
