Kravy, ktor\u00fdch m\u00e4so vyu\u017e\u00edval, sa mu p\u00e1sli, na jeho vlastn\u00fdch \u0161umavsk\u00fdch l\u00fakach.<br \/>Bol ich uk\u00e1za\u0165 Pohlreichovi a oni tam sedeli a pozorovali, to mal\u00e9 st\u00e1do a on ten chalan hovoril, ako mu je za\u0165a\u017eko , tie kravy da\u0165 por\u00e1\u017ea\u0165, preto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fa pozn\u00e1 od teliatka a vie aj ako sa volaj\u00fa a tak. \u017de jedin\u00e9 \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee, \u017ee ich m\u00e1 vo ve\u013ekej \u00facte a chce, aby mali svoj \u017eivot aj koniec, \u010do najmenej stresuj\u00faci.<br \/>Ani mu ni\u010d vtedy , \u010do sa t\u00fdka varenia, Pohlreich nevy\u010d\u00edtal. Sk\u00f4r mu radil, \u010do sa t\u00fdka organiz\u00e1cie kr\u010dmy a \u017ee d\u00e1va ve\u013emi n\u00edzke ceny. A z jed\u00e1lneho l\u00edstka mu vyhodil nejak\u00fa pr\u00edlohu fazu\u013eov\u00fa.<br \/>Ke\u010f sa tam po \u010dase vr\u00e1til, tak zistil, \u017ee tie kovbojsk\u00e9 fazule, dal znovu na l\u00edstok, preto\u017ee si ich vyslovene dopredu objedn\u00e1vali hostia, \u017ee toto a jedine toto chc\u00fa.<br \/>Prijal nejak\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, do obsluhy, hostia u\u017e tam mohli chodi\u0165 jedine na z\u00e1klade telefonick\u00fdch objedn\u00e1vok, preto\u017ee to nest\u00edhali a man\u017eelka si presadila , \u017ee jeden de\u0148 v t\u00fd\u017edni maj\u00fa zatvoren\u00e9 a otv\u00e1raj\u00fa a\u017e o \u0161tvrtej poobede.<br \/>Aj sme sa tam chceli \u00eds\u0165 pozrie\u0165. Cez \u0160umavu chod\u00edme pravidelne, ale bolo to\u00a0 \u010faleko od cesty a s nami v\u017edy cestuj\u00fa aj ma\u010dky a to zase my im chceme dopria\u0165 , \u010do najmenej stresuj\u00faci cestovn\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitok, tak sme tam nikdy ne\u0161li.<br \/>Chud\u00e1ci, ktovie ako sa dr\u017eia v tomto stra\u0161nom pandemickom obdob\u00ed.<br \/>Tie dve \u010fal\u0161ie prev\u00e1dzky nejdem opisova\u0165, nech\u00e1m si to na inokedy.<br \/>No a ako sa toto v\u0161etko, \u010do som pop\u00edsala, t\u00fdka tohto receptu?<br \/>Z tej \u010dasti seri\u00e1lu, si nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m ni\u010d in\u00e9, len toto.<br \/>Pohlreich pri\u0161iel a objednal si nieko\u013eko jed\u00e1l\u00a0 a medzi nimi bolo aj nie\u010do s pr\u00edvlastkom &#8222;primavera&#8220;<br \/>A ke\u010f doochutn\u00e1val, tak si zavolal majite\u013ea a toho sa p\u00fdta, \u017ee pre\u010do dal tomuto jedlu, preboha \u017eiv\u00e9ho, n\u00e1zov primavera, ke\u010f to tomu v\u00f4bec nezodpoved\u00e1.\u00a0 A\u00a0 \u010di vie,\u00a0 \u010do vlastne znamen\u00e1 to primavera.<br \/>A p\u00e1n majite\u013e mu povedal, \u017ee je to tak\u00fd zveli\u010den\u00fd v\u00fdznam, \u017ee je to pr\u00edma jedlo. \u017de je to nie\u010do, \u010do ve\u013emi dobre chut\u00ed.<br \/>Tak Pohlreich skoro upadol do k\u00f3my.<br \/>Nie priatelia, tak to veru nie je.<br \/>Primavera je slovo z talian\u010diny, alebo \u0161paniel\u010diny a znamen\u00e1 to jar.<br \/>A ke\u010f je nie\u010do primavera, tak aj bez toho, \u017eeby ste to jedlo dopredu videli, tak mus\u00edte dosta\u0165 na tanieri, okrem toho hlavn\u00e9ho, aj ve\u013ea ve\u013ea jarnej zeleniny a zelen\u00e9ho \u0161al\u00e1tov\u00e9ho l\u00edstia.<br \/>Tam ne\u0161lo o to, \u017ee ten \u010dlovek netu\u0161il, \u010do slovo primavera znamen\u00e1, nie je to v na\u0161ich kon\u010din\u00e1ch tak\u00e9 \u010dast\u00e9. Ale o to, \u017ee gastronomick\u00e9 prev\u00e1dzky zakladaj\u00fa \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed o tom nemaj\u00fa ani po\u0148atia.<br \/>Ich jedin\u00fdm cie\u013eom bolo zarobi\u0165. Je to ne\u0161\u0165astie, hlavne v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee t\u00fa \u0161parg\u013eu m\u00e1te na tanieri po prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t. Potom na \u0148u zanevretie a u\u017e jej nikdy ned\u00e1te \u0161ancu.<br>Tak\u00e1to bola aj moja biela \u0161parg\u013ea v tomto recepte, ale ja som jej to odpustila, preto\u017ee to bola moja chyba, \u017ee som ju pri nakupovan\u00ed, neskontrolovala. <br>V ka\u017edom pr\u00edpade, ke\u010f \u0161parg\u013eu k\u00fapite, hne\u010f ju rad\u0161ej aj spracujte.<br>Aby ste predi\u0161li mo\u017en\u00e9mu drevnat\u00e9mu vl\u00e1knu mus\u00edte bielu \u0161parg\u013eu dostato\u010dne od konca zreza\u0165 a obieli\u0165 ju a\u017e po hlavi\u010dku.<br>Zelen\u00fa sta\u010d\u00ed niekedy len umy\u0165 a spodky oreza\u0165.<br>V\u0161etku zeleninu a \u0161al\u00e1tov\u00e9 lupene umyjeme.<br>Limetov\u00fa, alebo citr\u00f3nov\u00fa k\u00f4ru nastr\u00fahame a vytla\u010d\u00edme \u0161\u0165avu.<br>Na suchej panvici ope\u010dieme lieskov\u00e9 orechy. Opek\u00e1me k\u00fdm sa nebude da\u0165 medzi prstami vymrvi\u0165 ich \u0161upka a nebud\u00fa zlatohned\u00e9.<br>Nech\u00e1me ich vychladn\u00fa\u0165 a medzi dla\u0148ami ich vy\u0161\u00fachame a zbav\u00edme \u0161upiek. Bude to bordel.<br>Jarn\u00fa cibu\u013eku nakr\u00e1jame do \u0161ikma na st\u013ap\u010deky. Cesnak obielime napl\u00e1tkujeme.<br>Na panvici nech\u00e1me rozohria\u0165 tri ly\u017eice oleja a vlo\u017e\u00edme do nej \u0161parg\u013eu.<br>Min\u00fatu ju pretriasame a prikryjeme pokrievkou.<br>Opek\u00e1me ju asi osem min\u00fat, ob\u010das panvicou pretriasajme, aby sa \u0161parg\u013ea opekala zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch str\u00e1n.<br>Prelo\u017e\u00edme ju na tepl\u00e9 miesto.<br>Do v\u00fdpeku m\u00f4\u017eeme da\u0165 e\u0161te ly\u017eicu oleja.<br>Vlo\u017e\u00edme pl\u00e1tky cesnaku, cibu\u013ekov\u00e9 st\u013ap\u010deky, hr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9 lusky a kon\u00e1riky paradajok.<br>D\u00e1me znovu pod pokrievku a dus\u00edme nejak\u00e9 tri min\u00faty.<br>Zeleninu prelo\u017e\u00edme ku \u0161pargli a pekne naaran\u017eujeme.<br>Posol\u00edme, posypeme \u010derstvo drven\u00fdm koren\u00edm.<br>Do v\u00fdpeku primie\u0161ame limetov\u00fa, alebo citr\u00f3nov\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu pod\u013ea chuti  a \u013eahu\u010dko m\u00f4\u017eeme e\u0161te osoli\u0165.<br>Ochuten\u00fdm olejom prelejeme \u0161parg\u013eu. Pom\u00f4\u017ete si vytierkou na kr\u00e9my, aby ste dostali z panvice v\u0161etok skvel\u00fd olej.<br>Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 aby ste takto pripraven\u00fa panvicu obsypali \u0161al\u00e1tov\u00fdmi lupe\u0148mi.<br> Ja som pou\u017eila rukolu a po\u013en\u00ed\u010dek.
