Rob\u00ed sa presne tak isto, ako v\u00fdvar na Slovensku, Po\u013esku, Nemecku at\u010f.<br>A \u010desk\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edvate\u013eky sa tomu smiali, \u017ee ak\u00e1 je to sranda sledova\u0165 tak\u00fdto slovensko-ma\u010farsk\u00fd konflikt.<br>Bolo to do momentu, ke\u010f nejak\u00fd Hans, vlo\u017eil recept na nemeck\u00fa pe\u010den\u00fa hus.<br>A n\u00e1hle bolo po nadh\u013eade  s miechu a p\u00edsalo  sa v reakci\u00e1ch, \u010do je nemeck\u00e9 na tej husi, ke\u010f sa pe\u010die presne tak, ako v \u010cech\u00e1ch.<br>Ale to s\u00fa extr\u00e9mne pr\u00edpady.<br>Toprecepty bola pre m\u0148a obrovsk\u00e1 \u0161kola, ako  mus\u00edm zmeni\u0165 svoje spr\u00e1vanie na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach.<br>In\u00e1 vec je napr\u00edklad,  recept na \u00fapick\u00fd reze\u0148.<br>Mal\u00e1 a Ve\u013ek\u00e1 \u00dapa s\u00fa dediny, alebo \u010dasti ded\u00edn, alebo miest pod  Krkono\u0161mi v \u010cesku, niekde okolo Peci pod Sne\u017ekou.<br>Predstavte si, \u017ee var\u00edte brav\u010dov\u00e9 pe\u010den\u00e9 s kyslou bielou kapustou a ve\u013ek\u00fdmi p\u00e1perov\u00fdmi kned\u013eami, m\u00e4kk\u00fdmi ako du\u0161a.<br>A okrem toho,  e\u0161te vypr\u00e1\u017eate brav\u010dov\u00e9 rezne. Kr\u00e1sne, \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9, hnedozlat\u00e9, chrumkav\u00e9 rezne.<br>A tam v oblasti Malej a Ve\u013ekej \u00dapy, V\u00e1m ten reze\u0148 nalo\u017eia ku tej kapuste a knedliam. Oni brav\u010dov\u00e9 nepe\u010d\u00fa, oni z neho vypr\u00e1\u017eaj\u00fa rezne a tak pod\u00e1vaj\u00fa.<br>Do Peci chodievame a v\u017edy ideme na \u00fapick\u00fd reze\u0148.<br>Ve\u013ek\u00e1 fajnotka. <br>Ako lok\u00e1lna z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165 n\u00e1m absol\u00fatne nevad\u00ed a zjeme to s ve\u013ekou chu\u0165ou, ale  doma by som t\u00fato kombin\u00e1ciu asi nedala.<br>Tomu hovor\u00edm prav\u00fd lok\u00e1lny recept, kde jeho meno vystihuje v\u0161etko.<br>V tomto recepte d\u00e1vam aj ja pr\u00edvlastok &#8222;mn\u00edchovsk\u00fd&#8220; a niekto by sa mo\u017eno ohradil. <br>Nikomu to neberiem, ale chcem vysvetli\u0165 toto.<br>V Mn\u00edchove a celom Bavorsku sa be\u017ene okrem in\u00fdch hor\u010d\u00edc pou\u017e\u00edva sladk\u00e1 hor\u010dica.<br>A t\u00e1to hor\u010dica, bez oh\u013eadu , na to, \u017ee sa mo\u017eno pou\u017e\u00edva v celom Nemecku (pozor, netu\u0161\u00edm, \u010di sa ozaj pou\u017e\u00edva aj v in\u00fdch spolkov\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch v Nemecku), bola prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t vyroben\u00e1 a patentovan\u00e1 v Mn\u00edchove nejak\u00fdm p\u00e1nom Develey.<br>Ke\u010f som ju ochutnala neverila som, \u017ee tak\u00fd hnus niekto m\u00f4\u017ee jes\u0165.<br>Pod\u00e1va sa hlavne k bielym bavorsk\u00fdm klob\u00e1sk\u00e1m. <br>Neexistuje v Bavorsku \u017eiadna pivn\u00e1 pospolitos\u0165  bez bielych klob\u00e1s, sladkej hor\u010dice, pracl\u00edkov a re\u010fkoviek. Vraj. My na festy nechod\u00edme.<br>Vraj ka\u017ed\u00fdch 7 rokov sa menia chute. A mne niekedy po 14 rokoch, za\u010dala t\u00e1 hor\u010dica tak chuti\u0165, \u017ee si d\u00e1vam nielen ku klob\u00e1skam, ale aj k norm\u00e1lnym varen\u00fdm p\u00e1rkom.  Je pravda, \u017ee k na\u0161ej dom\u00e1cej \u00fadenej, som to e\u0161te nesk\u00fa\u0161ala a h\u00e1dam ani nevysk\u00fa\u0161am \u010clovek ale nikdy nevie.<br>T\u00e1to sladk\u00e1 hor\u010dica je \u0161upkovit\u00e1 a trochu zrnit\u00e1, ako povedzme franc\u00fazska a krem\u017esk\u00e1.
