Oni si ich cukrovali!<br \/>\nPre predstavu. Na stole vahan\u00a0 halu\u0161iek s kapustou a pri tom postaven\u00fd z\u00e1sobn\u00edk s cukrom. Ani som ich nevarila, ani som ich nejedla a e\u0161te som ich aj hanila. Tak veru.<br \/>\nRaz sme i\u0161li s Milanom zo Slovenska do Mn\u00edchova a nejako sme v\u0161etci boli hladn\u00ed.<br \/>\nE\u0161te si pam\u00e4t\u00e1m, \u017ee sme i\u0161li starou cestou, \u017ee nebola e\u0161te uroben\u00e1 dia\u013enica do Nitry.<br \/>\nNeviem kde, h\u00e1dam, \u017ee niekde za \u017diarom, sme sa zastavili v nejakom motoreste a Milan si dal halu\u0161ky a Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00fd syr.<br \/>\nJa som si povedala, \u017ee sk\u00fasim tie halu\u0161ky a ak nie, tak ich d\u00e1m zabali\u0165 a Milan si ich privezie domov.<br \/>\nA skoro som odpadla, lebo mi chutili. Neviem \u010di som bola ozaj tak\u00e1 hladn\u00e1, \u010di \u010do.<br \/>\nE\u0161te chcem poveda\u0165, \u017ee to bol hnusn\u00fd motorest, so stolami a stoli\u010dkami ako v z\u00e1vodnej jed\u00e1lni, hnusn\u00e1 dla\u017eba, bez kobercov\u00a0 a barmanka si p\u00fa\u0161\u0165ala na kaze\u0165\u00e1ku (!) nejak\u00fd nahrat\u00fd ma\u010farsk\u00fd pop\u00edk. No jedna katastrofa to prostredie.<br \/>\nA\u017e na tie\u00a0 bryndzov\u00e9 halu\u0161ky. A aj ten syr vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00fd vraj bol vynikaj\u00faci a tatarka bola roben\u00e1, nie kupovan\u00e1.<br \/>\nDo poslednej omrvinky sme v\u0161etko zjedli.<br \/>\nA raz, som si znovu objednala skusmo halu\u0161ky s bryndzou u n\u00e1\u0161ho kamar\u00e1ta, ktor\u00fd prev\u00e1dzkuje kolibu. A on mi chcel urobi\u0165 rados\u0165 a dal mi na ne v\u0161etk\u00e9ho dvojmo. Kysl\u00fa smotanu nevyn\u00edmaj\u00fac..<br \/>\nV\u00f4bec som to nemohla jes\u0165, ale\u017ee v\u00f4bec.<br \/>\nTak som sa vyhovorila na nie\u010do, a dala si ich zabali\u0165.<br \/>\nMoji rodi\u010dia sa ohromne\u00a0 dobre z nich najedli a ja som zase odp\u00edsala toto jedlo.<br \/>\nRaz n\u00e1s nejak\u00fd v\u00fdlet zastihol na Donovaloch a \u017ee vysk\u00fa\u0161ame aj nejak\u00fa konkuren\u010dn\u00fa kolibu, nielen t\u00fa na\u0161u.<br \/>\nJa som si vybrala nie\u010do, neviem \u010do a Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel u\u017e u\u017e chcel nejak\u00fd vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00fd syr zase , ale n\u00e1hle sa na\u0161tval a hovor\u00ed, \u017ee to teda ani n\u00e1hodou. Raz n\u00e1s tu obsluhuj\u00fa \u010da\u0161n\u00edci v krojoch, hraj\u00fa tu fujark\u00e1ri, je pln\u00e9 parkovisko ma\u010farsk\u00fdch a \u010desk\u00fdch turistov, ideme jes\u0165 slovensk\u00e9 halu\u0161ky.<br \/>\nTak ja som sk\u00fasila znovu tie bryndzov\u00e9, s t\u00fdm, \u017ee som nechcela ani smotanu, ani klob\u00e1sku, len vy\u0161kvaren\u00fa slaninu a DM kysl\u00fa kapustu.<br \/>\nA odvtedy n\u00e1m niet pomoci.<br \/>\nAk maj\u00fa halu\u0161ky, d\u00e1vame si halu\u0161ky. Ja som ich vari\u0165 nevedela, tak\u017ee sme ich jedli aspo\u0148 v re\u0161taur\u00e1ci\u00e1ch.<br \/>\nA to ist\u00e9 don\u00e1\u0161ka jedla.<br \/>\nKe\u010f sme na SK a nest\u00edham vari\u0165, tak si objedn\u00e1vame v\u017edy strapa\u010dky.<br \/>\nVlani na chate, v\u00f4bec netu\u0161\u00edm z ak\u00e9ho d\u00f4vodu, som sa rozhodla, \u017ee ich sk\u00fasim\u00a0 uvari\u0165. Asi preto, \u017ee sa n\u00e1m u\u017e ve\u013emi po nich zacnelo.<br \/>\nKe\u010f som volala Dobrej \u0160vagrinej Janke, ako rob\u00ed halu\u0161ky, tak skoro skolabovala, dlho dlho sa smiala a potom zo seba vytisla p\u00e1r r\u00e1d.<br \/>\nA viete \u010do&#8230;..ohromne sme si na nich s DM pochutili a aj deda Old\u0159ich.<br \/>\n\u017de toto jedlo nejedol h\u00e1dam aj 40 rokov, celkom som mu aj verila. Kde v\u00a0 Jihlave by mu asi tak urobili strapa\u010dky.<br \/>\nA s\u013e\u00fabila som mu, \u017ee mu urob\u00edm aj s bryndzou.<br \/>\nNa bryndzov\u00e9 \u010das\u00a0 u\u017e nevy\u0161iel a dnes v nede\u013eu, pri\u0161lo repete. Strapa\u010dky.<br \/>\nDM by mi bryndzov\u00e9 aj tak nejedol. A kde by som asi tak v Mn\u00edchove zohnala bryndzu.<br \/>\nTo som zase p\u00edsala Dobrej Cerke, aby mi pripomenula, ako som to vtedy v lete robila. D\u0160 som sa u\u017e hanbila vola\u0165.<br \/>\nV\u0161etko vy\u0161lo tak ako malo.<br \/>\nAkur\u00e1t sa mi DM smial, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 halu\u0161ka je in\u00e1. Ja ju prekr\u00e1jam, preto\u017ee nem\u00e1m rada, ke\u010f mi vis\u00ed z ly\u017eice.<br \/>\nNem\u00e1m kapustu v sude, kupujem ju v obchode a t\u00e1to bavorsk\u00e1 kupovan\u00e1, je u\u017e aj ochuten\u00e1 aj predvaren\u00e1, t\u00fa fakt sta\u010d\u00ed len zahria\u0165.<br \/>\nAk m\u00e1te klasick\u00fa slovensk\u00fa, tak pod\u013ea mojich sk\u00fasenost\u00ed, t\u00e1 b\u00fdvaj aj kyslej\u0161ia, aj tvrd\u0161ia.<br \/>\nDoporu\u010dujem najprv na v\u00fdpek da\u0165 ly\u017eicu cukru a mie\u0161a\u0165, k\u00fdm sa neroztop\u00ed.<br \/>\nPrida\u0165 prekr\u00e1jan\u00fa kapustu, dobre premie\u0161a\u0165 a trochu podlia\u0165 hor\u00facou vodou.
