P\u00f4vodn\u00fd zdroj nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 doh\u013eada\u0165, preto\u017ee niektor\u00e9 dom\u00e9ny, ve\u013emi fikane podot\u00fdkam, neud\u00e1vaj\u00fa verejne d\u00e1tum vlo\u017eenia.<br>To cesto mi pr\u00edde nejak\u00e9 bez chuti a je tak\u00e9&#8230;neviem to pop\u00edsa\u0165. No ako som uviedla, neoslovilo ma.<br>Jeho chyba bola asi len v chuti, preto\u017ee inak k nemu nem\u00e1m ani jednu v\u00fdhradu.<br>Ve\u013emi r\u00fdchle je hotov\u00e9.<br>V\u00fdborne sa s n\u00edm pracuje.<br>Netrh\u00e1 sa.<br>\u013dahko sa s n\u00edm manipuluje.<br>Nenechajte sa mnou odradi\u0165. Ke\u010f ho chv\u00e1li slovensk\u00fd a \u010desk\u00fd internet, tak predpoklad\u00e1m, \u017ee chyba je len vo mne a V\u00e1m pr\u00edde naopak absol\u00fatne v poriadku.<br>Mo\u017eno ho dochut\u00edm e\u0161te nejak\u00fdmi vecami, nie\u010do prid\u00e1m, nie\u010do uberiem&#8230;.a bude pre m\u0148a tie\u017e tak\u00e9.<br>No a \u010do sa t\u00fdka n\u00e1plne.<br>K\u00fdm som sa nevydala za Dobr\u00e9ho Man\u017eela , z\u00e1viny som absol\u00fatne nerobila.  <br>U n\u00e1s v Selciach sa robievali z\u00e1kusky, a maxim\u00e1lne makov\u00e9 podkovy z kysnut\u00e9ho cesta. <br>Jablk\u00e1 sa nikdy,  nikde ned\u00e1vali v surovom stave, v\u017edy sa pou\u017e\u00edvali komp\u00f3ty.<br>Na z\u00e1hrade m\u00e1me staru\u010dk\u00fa jablo\u0148 &#8222;str\u00fad\u013eovku&#8220;  a z tej m\u00f4\u017eeme zavari\u0165 aj sto poh\u00e1rov jablkov\u00e9ho komp\u00f3tu.<br>A aj sa u n\u00e1s zav\u00e1rali . <br>Nejedli sa. Len sa pou\u017e\u00edvali do pe\u010denia.<br>Aj ke\u010f bola jablkov\u00e1 sez\u00f3na, tak aj vtedy sa pou\u017e\u00edvali komp\u00f3ty.<br>Mami\u010dka u\u017e nepe\u010die a tak sa zavar\u00ed asi len tak 10 poh\u00e1rov. Ostatn\u00e9 jablk\u00e1, sa bu\u010f zjedia, alebo rozdaj\u00fa.<br>Pred dvoma rokmi mi dala Dobr\u00e1 \u0160vagrin\u00e1,  pln\u00fa debni\u010dku a dve ta\u0161ky.<br>A tak som na chate zav\u00e1rala.<br>Tam ma prehov\u00e1rali, aby som to nerobila ako komp\u00f3t. \u017de ke\u010f babi\u010dka, alebo obidve jej dc\u00e9ry  (Dobr\u00e1 Svokra a Dobr\u00e1 Teta Pavla) mali dostatok jab\u013ak odniekia\u013e, tak oni ich len nakr\u00e1jali a nahusto, nahusto natla\u010dili do poh\u00e1ra a zasterilizovali.<br>Bez cukru, bez vody.<br>No nevedela som si to predstavi\u0165, lebo som to v\u00f4bec nepoznala a tak som robila po svojom.<br>To bolo prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t \u010do som zav\u00e1rala ja, sama od seba,  jablk\u00e1. Urobila som to len preto, aby nevy\u0161li navnivo\u010d.<br>Ke\u010f som za\u010dala robi\u0165 z\u00e1viny z l\u00edstkov\u00e9ho cesta, alebo \u017eem\u013eovku, alebo jabl\u010dn\u00edky a p\u00e1je, tak som si k\u00fapila norm\u00e1lne v obchode jablk\u00e1 a tie som bu\u010f postr\u00fahala, alebo nakr\u00e1jala a pou\u017eila ich tak\u00e9 surov\u00e9 na n\u00e1pl\u0148.<br>Dobr\u00e1 Svokra to tak robieva a DM jej z\u00e1viny chutia. Za\u010dala  som ich robi\u0165 tak aj ja.<br>No..\u010do V\u00e1m budem \u010do hovori\u0165, bola som z\u00fafala, lebo ani raz! Ani jeden jedin\u00fd raz sa mi nestalo, aby mi t\u00e1 n\u00e1pl\u0148 z toho z\u00e1vinu , alebo \u017eem\u013eovky , nevypad\u00favala a nerozpad\u00favala sa.<br>Mohla som robi\u0165 , \u010do som chcela, furt furt to tak bolo.<br>A tak som si zvykla.<br>Minul\u00fd rok mala mamka pankreasov\u00fd z\u00e1chvat a aj sa jej zap\u00e1lil, tak\u017ee bola chv\u00ed\u013eu v nemocnici a potom musela ma\u0165 doma di\u00e9tu.<br>Tak sme sa s Dobrou \u0160vagrinou u nej striedali.<br>Po nejak\u00fdch p\u00e1r t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148och, ke\u010f u\u017e nemala z\u00e1pal a u\u017e za\u010dala jes\u0165 aj norm\u00e1lne veci, tak som urobila jablkov\u00fd z\u00e1vin.<br>Aj som jej ho priniesla a aj sa te\u0161ila. Trochu odjedla a nechala tak.<br>Potom som urobila \u017eem\u013eovku.<br>Ani t\u00fa.<br>A chodila ako sto \u010dertov, okolo m\u0148a. <br>A ke\u010f u\u017e sa dos\u0165 natrucovala  a ja som sa , nevediac, \u010do je jej, op\u00fdtala, \u017ee pre\u010do to nezjedla.<br>Vraj chor\u00e1 , star\u00e1, \u00faboh\u00e1 \u017eena.<br>To ste mali vidie\u0165 a po\u010du\u0165 .<br>&#8222;To \u017ee si ak\u00fa t\u00fa plnku urobila. To kto  \u0164a takto nau\u010dil robi\u0165, to si kde videla, to ako tak\u00e1 haranba\u0161a leniv\u00e1 rob\u00ed\u0161, to  vyzer\u00e1 ten kol\u00e1\u010d ako seno&#8220;<br>&#8222;To sa takto nerob\u00ed!!!!!!!!&#8220;<br>&#8220; To je tvrd\u00f4, \u0165ie jablk\u00e1. A nedr\u017e\u00ed Ti to pokope. Daj to het, to sa ned\u00e1 jes\u0165&#8220; <br>&#8220; A ani otec to nebude chcie\u0165&#8220;<br>No on by chud\u00e1k aj jedol, ale Zlatka povedala, \u017ee nem\u00e1, tak sa b\u00e1l. \ud83d\ude42<br>Moja mami\u010dka nie je rozhodne, ako babi\u010dka Bo\u017eeny Nemcovej \ud83d\ude42<br>Dobr\u00fd Brat s Dobrou \u0160vagrinou zjedli v\u0161etko, ako sa patr\u00ed , ly\u017eicou z plechu \ud83d\ude42 a Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel mi nap\u00edsal, \u017ee on by si veru tie\u017e s l\u00e1skou a v\u010fakou dal. <br>Tak som sa nechala u\u010di\u010d\u00edka\u0165. \ud83d\ude42<br>Potom sa mamka odfu\u010dala a  poprem\u00fd\u0161\u013eala a pri\u0161la sama za mnou, \u017ee pre\u010do som tie jablk\u00e1 nepodusila.<br>Tak som jej povedala, \u017ee neviem, \u017eeby som to mala dusi\u0165, lebo v Jihlave to DS nedus\u00ed a my sme v Selciach tieto jablkov\u00e9 kol\u00e1\u010de nerobievali.<br>A ke\u010f sa pozriete na r\u00f4zne jablkov\u00e9 kol\u00e1\u010de, tak tam tie\u017e p\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee jablk\u00e1 postr\u00fahame, pokr\u00e1jame a podobne, ale nikde ani slovo o tom, \u017ee ich treba podusi\u0165.<br>A tak mi aj vysvetlila, \u017ee to preto mi t\u00e1 plnka nedr\u017e\u00ed pokope, a aby som ich ur\u010dite v\u017edy aspo\u0148 10 min\u00fat podusila.<br>A tak neviem, \u010di mala pravdu, \u010di nemala, ale odvtedy dus\u00edm jablk\u00e1.<br>A Panebo\u017ee odpus\u0165, ale plnka mi u\u017e aj dr\u017e\u00ed.<br>Nevypad\u00fava a  nesype sa.<br>Tak\u017ee odteraz budem teda tie jablk\u00e1 naozaj v\u0161etky zav\u00e1ra\u0165, aby som mala v\u017edy pripraven\u00e9 k ruke.<br>A sk\u00fasim urobi\u0165 aj tie , \u010do s\u00fa dusen\u00e9, len vo vlastnej \u0161\u0165ave. Hlavne nastr\u00fahan\u00e9 takto sk\u00fasim.<br>No a \u010do e\u0161te vy\u010d\u00edtam tomuto z\u00e1vinu.<br>Je tot\u00e1lne nefotogenick\u00fd.<br>Nechcite&#8230;&#8230;nechcite vedie\u0165, ko\u013eko fotiek som vymazala, ko\u013eko som menila sc\u00e9nu, ko\u013eko som sa doupravovala, aby to bolo \u010do len tro\u0161ku publikovate\u013en\u00e9.<br>Z postupu nem\u00e1m fotky, preto\u017ee neboli v takom stave, aby som ich sem vlo\u017eila. Do plnky som d\u00e1vala miesto slivkov\u00e9ho, d\u017eem z \u010diernych r\u00edbezl\u00ed. Farba bola tak ohavn\u00e1, \u017ee sa nedalo na to pozera\u0165. Vyzeralo to ako zo surrealistick\u00e9ho filmu. <br>Ak sa rozhodnem rcp nakoniec nevlo\u017ei\u0165, tak ve\u013ek\u00fa ve\u013ek\u00fa mieru na tom bud\u00fa ma\u0165 , pr\u00e1ve fotografie. <br><br>(pozn. tak\u017ee po \u0161tyroch d\u0148och je recept tu. Mus\u00edte sa riadi\u0165 intu\u00edciou, preto\u017ee jablk\u00e1 s\u00fa r\u00f4zne \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9 a r\u00f4zne sladk\u00e9*<br>Nakoniec vmie\u0161ame lekv\u00e1r.<br>* tu znovu mus\u00edm zmeni\u0165 recept, proti tomu, ako som robila . Oby\u010dajne d\u00e1vam slivkov\u00fd, ale som ho nemala a tak som pou\u017eila , d\u017eem z \u010diernych r\u00edbezl\u00ed. Vizu\u00e1lne to je katastrofa a ani n\u00e1m to ve\u013emi nepasovalo.
