To, \u017ee sa najprv mlieko, potom krv a n\u00e1sledne aj v\u0161etko ostatn\u00e9 , zmenilo na tuk, je vec druh\u00e1.<br \/>Chodila som nakupova\u0165 do ovozelu na rohu k Turkom. A Turci maj\u00fa radi \u017eeny, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa krv a mlieko.\u00a0<br \/>Predava\u010d z toho obchodu mi to d\u00e1val najavo t\u00fdm, \u017ee mi k n\u00e1kupu pri odchode, v\u017edy prihodil s mrknut\u00edm nejak\u00fd ten dar\u010dek z reg\u00e1lov.<br \/>Ten obchod potom prevzal in\u00fd p\u00e1n Turek a ten tam pri\u0161iel so svojou man\u017eelkou a synom a nevestou. Tak\u017ee dar\u010deky skon\u010dili.\u00a0<br \/>Ale nes\u0165a\u017eujem sa. Raz som stratila niekde pe\u0148a\u017eenku, netu\u0161ila som kde. Mala som tam karty, Visu, peniaze, doklady, v\u0161etok cel\u00fd V\u00e1\u0161 kartov\u00fd \u017eivot. Ve\u010f to pozn\u00e1te.<br \/>A vtipn\u00e9 bolo, \u017ee som o tom ani netu\u0161ila. Povedali n\u00e1m to policajti , ke\u010f telefonovali z obvodu, \u017ee nejak\u00fd n\u00e1lezca, pri\u0161iel na oddelenie vr\u00e1ti\u0165 moju pe\u0148a\u017eenku.<br \/>Ke\u010f sme sa s DM na oddelenie dostavili, boli sme \u013eah\u0161\u00ed o vle\u010dku balvanov, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m poodpad\u00e1vali z pliec pri vidine, blokovania a vybavovania v\u0161etk\u00fdch nov\u00fdch vec\u00ed.<br \/>Nech\u00fdbalo tam ni\u010dov\u00e9 ni\u010d. Ni\u010d, ni\u010d..ani len neozna\u010den\u00e9 jednorazov\u00e9 l\u00edstky na MHD nech\u00fdbali.<br \/>A povedali n\u00e1m, \u017ee to priniesol m\u00f4j p\u00e1n Turek , \u017ee ju na\u0161iel pred svojim obchodom.<br \/>Ke\u010f som sa mu bola po\u010fakova\u0165 osobne, tak sa ho p\u00fdtam, \u017ee pre\u010do preboha si robil cestu na oddelenie, ktor\u00e1 ho st\u00e1la \u010das. Ve\u010f okolo jeho obchodu chod\u00edm, ka\u017ed\u00fd bo\u017e\u00ed de\u0148 a ak aj ni\u010d nekupujem, tak si vrelo k\u00fdvame cez v\u00fdklad. Pod\u013ea adresy mohol vidie\u0165, \u017ee b\u00fdvam len p\u00e1r vchodov od jeho obchodu.<br \/>Povedal, \u017ee nevedel, \u017ee je moja, lebo on si nedovolil t\u00fa pe\u0148a\u017eenku otvori\u0165, ke\u010f\u017ee nebola jeho!!!!!<br \/>Tak\u017ee \u00e1no. Na Turkov v zelovoci m\u00e1m \u0161\u0165astie.<br \/>No a ten prv\u00fd, ten mrkaj\u00faci Turek mi raz vhodil pri odchode, do ta\u0161ky avok\u00e1do.<br \/>Bo\u017ee, ja som absol\u00fatne netu\u0161ila \u010do s t\u00fdm. Tak teraz hej, ale vtedy som namojdu\u0161u nevedela. Foodm\u00e1nia v podobe blogov a r\u00f4znych port\u00e1lov o varen\u00ed na internete e\u0161te nebolo.\u00a0<br \/>A veru mi to avok\u00e1do aj zhnilo a aj som ho vyhodila.<br \/>V\u0161ak teraz u\u017e viem. Z avok\u00e1da sa d\u00e1 urobi\u0165 hoci\u010do a po vysk\u00fa\u0161an\u00ed v\u0161etk\u00fdch mo\u017en\u00fdch \u0161al\u00e1tov, n\u00e1tierok, r\u00f4znych druhov guacamole a \u010derta diabla, ho m\u00e1m aj tak najrad\u0161ej, ke\u010f si ho nakr\u00e1jam na pl\u00e1tky, osol\u00edm a zjem ho na chlebe len tak.<br \/>No a st\u00e1la som teda v tom roku 2007 v rade na poklad\u0148u v eur\u00f3pskych potravin\u00e1ch a st\u00e1la predo mnou pani a mala v n\u00e1kupe avok\u00e1do. Ke\u010f som ho uvidela, tak som jej povedala, \u017ee &#8222;jejda ! avok\u00e1do&#8220;, som si nev\u0161imla, \u017ee ho dosta\u0165 aj kone\u010dne v BB, \u017ee si odsko\u010d\u00edm len pre to avok\u00e1do a ko\u0161\u00edk nech\u00e1m za \u0148ou. A ke\u010f som sa vr\u00e1tila, sme sa dali do re\u010di.\u00a0<br \/>\u017de ona sa nau\u010dila jes\u0165 avok\u00e1do, ke\u010f \u017eila v Guatemale a \u017ee jej ho po n\u00e1vrate nosievala dc\u00e9ra z Viedni, lebo ho nebolo dosta\u0165 e\u0161te na Slovensku, ale chvalabohu, \u017ee u\u017e sa to zmenilo.<br \/>Si pam\u00e4t\u00e1m, \u017ee som k\u00fapila vtedy dve tie avok\u00e1da a urobila som fajn\u00fa, fajn\u00fa n\u00e1tierku, dokonca bez koriandra, lebo vtedy som ho nezn\u00e1\u0161ala a vedela som, \u017ee koriander v jedle\u00a0 v Selciach u n\u00e1s nepoznaj\u00fa a nikto mi to s n\u00edm,\u00a0 nebude jes\u0165.\u00a0<br \/>A aj bez neho, to guacamole\u00a0 nikto nechcel jes\u0165. Ani za svet. Ani brat, ani rodi\u010dia, ani jeho deti. Dobr\u00e1 \u0160vagrin\u00e1 ochutnala a povedala, \u017ee je to dobr\u00e9. A t\u00fdm to\u00a0 vtedy ,skon\u010dilo.<br \/>Dobr\u00fd Za\u0165, ke\u010f urob\u00edm zje, ale zje, lebo to je, Inak to nevyh\u013ead\u00e1va. Dobr\u00e1 Vnu\u010dka, aj pri svojom stravovan\u00ed &#8211;\u00a0 nestravovan\u00ed , to avok\u00e1do veru zje. A Dobra Cerka tie\u017e.\u00a0<br \/>Skr\u00e1tka nau\u010dili sme sa to jes\u0165 a ma\u0165 to radi.<br \/>Chute sa v\u00e1\u017ene menia.<br \/>Tak\u00e1 v\u0148a\u0165 koriandra.\u00a0<br \/>Nie\u010do, z \u010doho sa mi doslova dv\u00edhal \u017eal\u00fadok. Robila to jeho v\u00f4\u0148a, ktor\u00e1 bola pre m\u0148a tak nestr\u00e1vite\u013en\u00e1, \u017ee som nemohla ani chodi\u0165 okolo kr\u00edka v ktorom r\u00e1stol koriander.\u00a0<br \/>Pri ob\u013eube chilli a r\u00f4znych kari, to bol v\u00e1\u017ene probl\u00e9m. Nahr\u00e1dzala som ho petr\u017elenovou v\u0148a\u0165ou a myslela som si ak\u00e1 som fikan\u00e1, \u017ee som to tak kr\u00e1sne nahradila.\u00a0<br \/>No figu.<br \/>Nahradi\u0165 koriandrov\u00fa v\u0148a\u0165, petr\u017elenovou, je ako nahradi\u0165 major\u00e1nku, bazalkou v haruli. Norm\u00e1lne m\u00e1m rada koriandrov\u00fa v\u0148a\u0165 a pokia\u013e ju nem\u00e1m tak sa do \u017eiadneho chilli, alebo kar\u00ed ani nep\u00fa\u0161\u0165am.\u00a0<br \/>Nech\u00e1pem, \u017ee som si na to tak zvykla.<br \/>No a sladk\u00e9 zemiaky, alebo bataty ak chcete.<br \/>Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel to chcel ve\u013emi vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165, tak to mal ma\u0165.<br \/>Ja som myslela, \u017ee som ni\u010d hor\u0161ie ani nejedla.<br \/>Bo\u017ee,\u00a0 odporn\u00e1,\u00a0 sladk\u00e1 chu\u0165 nie\u010doho sypk\u00e9ho. Tak som to vtedy c\u00edtila.\u00a0<br \/>DM to absol\u00fatne nevadilo. Jemu nevad\u00ed sladk\u00e1 zelenina. On miluje str\u00fahan\u00fa mrkvu, \u010derven\u00fa papriku a tak. A ja toto vonkoncom nemus\u00edm. Nie\u017ee nemus\u00edm. Odmietala som to jes\u0165.<br \/>Potom som za\u010dala varieva\u0165 gumbo, skvel\u00fd kurac\u00ed gul\u00e1\u0161 , kde sa d\u00e1va pr\u00e1ve batat a tam som zistila, \u017ee on prijme chu\u0165 svojho okolia, tak\u017ee jeho sladk\u00e1 pachu\u0165 je potla\u010den\u00e1 a naviac \u00fa\u017easne zahus\u0165uje jedlo.<br \/>Fant\u00e1zia.<br \/>Po \u010dase, si DM miesto norm\u00e1lnych hranoliek,\u00a0 za\u010dal objedn\u00e1va\u0165 batatov\u00e9 .\u00a0 Ja si hranolky neobjedn\u00e1vam a tak som mu v\u017edy dve tri ukradla a napriek tomu, \u017ee som sa ksichtila, tak som to robila st\u00e1le. A potom chcel, aby som mu tie hranolky robievala\u00a0 norm\u00e1lne aj doma, ako pr\u00edlohu. Tak som za\u010dala kupova\u0165 mrazen\u00e9. A potom som si povedala, \u017ee pre\u010do vlastne kupujem tie predra\u017een\u00e9,\u00a0 mrazen\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 zaberaj\u00fa miesto v mrazni\u010dke a nem\u00e1m medzi zemiakmi norm\u00e1lne aj bataty. A za\u010dala som robieva\u0165 norm\u00e1lne, dom\u00e1ce batatov\u00e9 hranolky, bu\u010f v r\u00fare len pof\u0155kan\u00e9 olejom,, alebo tak\u00e9 ako fritovan\u00e9.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>Skon\u010dili sme tak v na\u0161ej dom\u00e1cnosti, \u017ee tie sladk\u00e9 zemiaky robievam ako pr\u00edlohu,\u00a0 omnoho \u010dastej\u0161ie ako norm\u00e1lne.\u00a0<br \/>V\u00e1\u017ene.<br \/>Za\u010dala som ich milova\u0165. Posypan\u00e9 tymianom, alebo koriandrov\u00fdm koren\u00edm, alebo celou rascou. Skvel\u00e1 vec.\u00a0<br \/>S\u00fa extr\u00e9mne r\u00fdchle uroben\u00e9. V r\u00fare na pe\u010diacom papieri ich m\u00e1m hotov\u00e9 do 15 min\u00fat.<br \/>A ke\u010f som tak uva\u017eovala, \u017ee m\u00e1m rada bataty,\u00a0 ktor\u00e9\u00a0 na prv\u00fa chu\u0165, pripom\u00ednaj\u00fa dusen\u00fa mrkvu, tak pre\u010do by som nejedla aj dusen\u00fa mrkvu.\u00a0<br \/>A ozaj.\u00a0<br \/>Jed\u00e1vam u\u017e aj dusen\u00fa mrkvu. Nie tak\u00fa z polievky, s tou som nemala probl\u00e9m, Ale norm\u00e1lnu, dusen\u00fa na masle, alebo oleji.\u00a0<br \/>A aby som to zaklincovala, tak som za\u010dala jes\u0165 aj \u010derven\u00fa papriku.<br \/>Ale surov\u00fa mrkvu st\u00e1le ned\u00e1m.<br \/>Treba sk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 a da\u0165 nov\u00fa \u0161ancu, veciam, ktor\u00e9 by ste pred p\u00e1r rokmi nedali v\u00f4bec do \u00fast.<br \/>Takto si viem dokonale napr\u00edklad pochuti\u0165 na cibuli, ktor\u00e1 sa var\u00ed v ry\u017ei. Desa\u0165ro\u010dia som ju rovno vyhadzovala a teraz m\u0148am<br \/>Kv\u00f4li n\u00e1\u0161mu autistick\u00e9mu Jan\u00ed\u010dkovi, mus\u00edm mixova\u0165 cibu\u013eu, aby ani len n\u00e1znak nebol.
